Are there any re-occurring charges?
Your completed video or website hosted on our high-speed content delivery network incurs a $25 monthly fee. If you choose to host your video and website on your own server, there are no other fees associated with your video.
What if I don’t know what the script should say?
This is what separates TiR from other production companies. Our professional writing staff draws from years of literary and marketing success. The TiR team will get to know you, your business, products, and services and write a script that conveys your value to turn lookers into buyers.
What if I want to appear on my own website?
Who better than you to convey the value and sincerity of your business? We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to our San Francisco Bay Area Studio. The filming part is easy, we’ll groom you, instruct you and then film you while reading your script from the teleprompter. Lunch and /or dinner is on us.
How long does it take for me to get my video?
TiR strives to deliver your virtual spokesperson video within 2 to 3 business days.
Do you provide instructions on how to integrate your final product into my web page?
Yes. We can either do it for you or provide you with all the necessary easy to follow instructions.
Can I specify the Presentation Position on a web-page?
Yes, you are able to specify the location where the spokesperson appears.
Are there any Functionalities build-into TiR spokes models videos?
TiR videos are fully customizable, we are able to modify the settings dynamically. Below you will find a list of functionalities build-into TiR videos:
• Presentation Positioning – choice of Static, Relative, or Dynamic position for the TiR video
• Presentation Delay – delay length in seconds before and after TiR video appears
• Presentation Display for Each Visitor – – choice of Play Every Time, Once per Visitors Session, or Once per X amount of Days
• Click-On-Me Functionality – – specify a redirect or execution of action one the Visitor clicks on LFOW Presentation
• Fade-In and Fade-Out Effects – – duration of Fade-In and Fade-Out Effects in seconds
• Play-Button Functionality – – choice of displaying a Play-Button prior to playing TiR videos
Do I need to make any changes to my web design?
No, the TiR spokesperson video is fully transparent. It overlays your web design and with just one line of HTML displayed on your website. TiR offers web design and upgrades if needed however.
I have seen on some of the websites where a spokesperson is walking in from right to left or the other way around. Does this option cost anything extra?
There are no additional fees added to customize your video presentation with walk-in effects.
Once I place an order how do I tell you what I want the spokesmodel to wear or how to express themselves?
As a standard practice, every client is contacted by TiR before production begins. Our production team, will go over garment requirements, expression, and the script with you before recording the video presentation.

What is the extra cost if I want to appear as my own Spokesperson?
$1350 plus your cost of travel to get to our Concord, California studio. Typical session lasts 2 to 3 hours.
What if I want another type of promotional video produced for my site?
TiR is also full service video production company that can produce testimonial reels, ads, product presentation videos, demonstration videos, educational videos and more. If you have an idea that you think would help you convert more visitors, we can do it.
What’s the cost of a standard promo video?
$250 per hour for production and post production.
30 second video can cost between $2500 and $4500 depending on the complexity of the video.
What does it cost to have you come to us with your mobile studio?
Driving time $100 per hour.
Economy airfare round trip ticket for up to 3 people.
Lodging not to exceed $250 per night.
$1500 per day production charge on top of standard rate.
